The room sheets were not clean. I could smell it as soon as I got in bed. I had to use towels to sleep on instead. It was disappointing considering the price level, and I had to use alcohol spray to mask the unpleasant odor in the room.

The hotel offers impressive amenities and a lovely breakfast with gorgeous views. Service is warm, though some staff struggled with English. Gym and pool facilities are restricted, which was disappointing for my family. Overall, a fantastic experience in a convenient location.

Exceptional Comfort and Service
I had a fantastic stay for 4 nights where every aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations. The spacious room offered stunning views, and the convenient subway access made exploring Tokyo effortless. The staff were not only friendly but went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. My only suggestion would be to improve dining options to cater to different palates.

Spacious room with stunning city views, featuring separate bath and shower with excellent water pressure. Conveniently located near multiple subway lines and surrounded by a mix of tranquil gardens and bustling restaurants, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration.
Rooms could use better odor control, as some guests noted unpleasant smells upon entry, which may be off-putting after a long day. Additionally, the dining options, while varied, might lean towards gourmet that could be deemed less suitable for casual or family meals, especially with picky eaters. Access to certain facilities, like the swimming pool, might present restrictions that aren't family-friendly, particularly during peak hours.

Family getaway, highly recommend
The room was huge for Japanese standards, really spacious and comfortable, especially with a toddler running around. Also the staff were incredibly friendly, every day they'd shower my daughter with smiles and even a few cuddles.
It wasn't affordable, but it was still reasonable for what you get.
